Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains the basic categories of information PostMynd collects, how that information is used, and the choices available to customers and users.

- Usage, device, log, and security data such as browser type, IP address, request metadata, audit events, and error diagnostics.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve PostMynd, authenticate users, run requested AI and publishing workflows, administer billing, provide support, and protect accounts and workspaces.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand service performance, diagnose issues, and improve product quality.
AI and Publishing Workflows
PostMynd may process prompts, article instructions, site context, drafts, and related workflow data through configured AI providers, infrastructure providers, and publishing integrations so the product can perform the actions you request.
You are responsible for deciding what information to include in prompts, drafts, site profiles, and publishing workflows. Avoid adding sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your use of the service.
Sharing Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate PostMynd, comply with law, protect the service, complete business transactions, or work with vendors that help us provide hosting, authentication, analytics, billing, communications, AI processing, and support.
Security and Retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in PostMynd. No system is perfectly secure, so customers should also manage user access, connected site credentials, and workspace permissions carefully.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain audit records, and protect PostMynd and its users.
Your Choices
You can update account and workspace information inside the product where those controls are available. Workspace owners and admins can manage members, roles, site connections, and content data according to their permissions.
To request help with privacy questions, data access, correction, or deletion, contact the PostMynd team through your account support channel.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as PostMynd changes. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice when required.
