These Terms govern access to and use of PostMynd, including the website, application, APIs, content workflows, AI features, billing features, and connected publishing integrations.

By using PostMynd, you agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and ensuring that users in your workspace have appropriate permissions.

Workspace owners and admins are responsible for member access, role assignments, connected site credentials, and actions taken under their workspace.

You retain ownership of content, prompts, drafts, site information, campaign data, and other materials you submit to PostMynd. You grant PostMynd the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and modify that content only to provide and support the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for any content, websites, publishing destinations, credentials, and third-party services connected to PostMynd.

PostMynd may generate, transform, or enrich content using AI providers. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, duplicative, or unsuitable for your intended use.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and validating AI-generated or AI-assisted content before publishing or relying on it.

PostMynd may offer free trials, paid subscriptions, metered credits, usage limits, and optional top-ups. Plan features, limits, pricing, and billing intervals may vary by account or offer.

You are responsible for payment obligations associated with your selected plan and any authorized usage. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

You may not use PostMynd to abuse, disrupt, or harm the service, other users, third parties, or connected systems. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Attempting to bypass authentication, authorization, billing limits, rate limits, or security controls.
• Submitting unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or malicious content.
• Using PostMynd to send spam, compromise websites, harvest data, or violate third-party terms.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or reselling the service except as permitted by law or a written agreement.

We may update, suspend, discontinue, or limit parts of PostMynd as the product evolves, to maintain security, to comply with law, or to address operational needs.

We work to keep PostMynd reliable, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, internet issues, or events outside our control.

PostMynd is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, PostMynd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

You may stop using PostMynd at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts owed, or use the service in a way that could harm PostMynd or others.

We may update these Terms as PostMynd changes. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice when required. Continued use of PostMynd after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
